The TX-DL12 uses a full gear drive system instead of chain transmission, eliminating the slack, stretch, and periodic re-tensioning that chain drives require. This results in smoother station indexing, more consistent cup forming, and measurably longer mechanical service life.
The mould plate, turntable chassis, and nylon wheels are manufactured from aluminum rather than cast iron. Lower rotational mass means faster, more precise turntable positioning at each forming station, less wear on bearings and drive components, and easier handling during mould changes.
Photoelectric sensors monitor each production stage. When a paper feed misalignment, sealing irregularity, or other fault occurs, the system triggers an alarm and halts the relevant station before defective cups enter the output stream. An integrated counter tracks completed units for accurate batch management.
A single machine covers 3 oz to 12 oz cup sizes using 150–400 g/m² single PE coated paper. Mould changeovers allow operators to switch between sizes to match order requirements without purchasing separate dedicated machines.
Drawing only 4 kW, the TX-DL12 operates efficiently on either 220V or 380V 50Hz supply. This dual-voltage capability simplifies installation across different factory electrical standards and reduces barriers for export customers setting up new production lines.
