Automatic Paper Cup Forming Machine

The machine integrates eight sequential processes — paper feeding, cup wall sealing, bottom punch-and-insert, pre-heating, main heating, bottom knurling, top curling, and automatic discharge — on a single rotary indexing table. Each station completes its task in one cycle, enabling continuous 35–40 cup/min throughput with consistent quality from first cup to last.

A mould-exchange system allows operators to switch between cup sizes without mechanical overhaul. This means one machine can serve multiple product SKUs — from small tasting cups to full 18 oz drink cups — keeping equipment investment efficient for manufacturers with diverse order books.

At 4.5 KW total power, the BOBO-LI consumes significantly less electricity per cup than many comparable machines. Combined with frequency-converter-controlled drive speed, operators can fine-tune production rate to balance throughput against power consumption during off-peak or high-demand shifts.

The mechanical core pairs a JINGGUANG main motor with a HANTIAN reducer and LI ZHONG gearbox, while a dedicated SHANGHAI DEDONG motor drives the knurling station. This separated drive architecture distributes mechanical load, reduces wear on individual components, and extends service intervals.

A front-mounted control panel with clearly labelled buttons and indicator lights gives operators real-time process feedback. The enclosed steel cabinet protects internals from dust and debris, yet hinged access panels allow quick reach to pneumatic lines, sensors, and bearings for scheduled upkeep — minimising unplanned downtime.
