Key Features

The MPT-80-150-5T-10 booster cylinder delivers up to 5 tons of pressing force through compressed air alone, achieving consistent dish formation across paper weights from 140 to 800 g/m². This pneumatic approach eliminates hydraulic oil leaks, reduces maintenance intervals, and meets cleaner production standards required for food-contact packaging lines.

Integrated heating elements with constant temperature regulation ensure uniform heat distribution across the forming die surface. Consistent die temperature prevents under-formed edges on heavy cardboard and scorching on lighter paper stock, resulting in reliable dish geometry and surface finish across extended production runs.

The machine handles the complete cycle — pneumatic paper suction, sheet feeding, heated pressing, dish ejection, and piece counting — without operator intervention during production. This reduces labor to one person managing material input and output stacking, cutting direct labor costs compared to semi-automatic alternatives.

Interchangeable molds accommodate round dishes from 4 to 11 inches, square dishes, and custom shapes. Mold changeover enables a single machine to serve multiple product SKUs, which is particularly valuable for contract manufacturers producing varied dish specifications for different end customers.

At 3 kW on standard 220V single-phase supply, the machine operates without dedicated transformers or heavy electrical infrastructure. The 1400 × 1480 mm floor footprint allows installation in compact workshops, and the 600 kg weight requires no special foundation preparation.
