At ≤0.35 seconds per welding point, the machine sustains output of up to 5,500 points per hour. Dual welding heads allow parallel operations on multi-cell assemblies, effectively doubling weld density per cycle compared to single-head configurations. This makes the BO-D300 suitable for medium- to high-volume battery module production lines.

Built-in welding alarm and auto-stop functions detect abnormal conditions and halt operation before defective welds accumulate. After fault clearance, production resumes without re-referencing. The breakpoint resume feature preserves the exact welding position after power loss or emergency stop, eliminating partial-assembly scrap and reducing operator intervention.

One-key calibration compensates for global spot offset after electrode replacement or mechanical adjustment. Operators can also manually jog to any position for spot welding corrections. These features keep changeover time short and reduce the skill level required to maintain weld accuracy across shifts.

Transparent safety enclosure panels give operators full visibility of the welding process while containing spatter and UV exposure. An emergency stop button and indicator light tower provide clear machine status at a glance.
