The BO-1542 produces 4200W at 15KHz through a piezoelectric ceramic transducer designed for continuous industrial use. An automatic frequency modulation circuit compensates for load variations in real time, maintaining consistent energy transfer even as tooling wears or ambient conditions change.

At 400 kg, the cast-steel base and vertical press configuration absorb operating forces without deflection. A four-point leveling structure simplifies mold alignment during changeovers, and the 100 mm maximum travel accommodates a practical range of part heights on the work table.

A digital HMI with clearly labeled controls reduces setup time and training requirements. The wheeled base allows a single operator to reposition the machine, and 220V single-phase input means it can be deployed on any standard factory outlet without electrical modifications.

Imported steel sonotrodes and high-quality pneumatic components are selected for long service intervals under repetitive cycling. The frequency compensation circuit also serves as a protective function, preventing overcurrent damage to the transducer and generator during fault conditions.
