The HS32 series delivers fully automatic cold heading at speeds up to 750 pieces per minute. Straightening, feeding, cutting, heading, and ejection are integrated into one uninterrupted cycle, eliminating manual handling between steps and maximizing throughput for high-volume ball billet manufacturing.

A crank-driven main slider works in concert with horizontal axis, side cam, and front cam assemblies to deliver controlled, repeatable forming force. This mechanical architecture produces ball billets with minimal misalignment, reducing the grinding and lapping allowance required in subsequent finishing operations.

Engineered to cold head bearing steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, and aluminum wire or rod stock. Three models — ZG32-5, ZG32-8, and ZG32-14 — cover finished ball diameters from 3 mm to 14 mm, allowing manufacturers to address bearing, valve, fastener, and specialty ball markets from a single machine platform.

The control panel provides clear status indicators and emergency stop access. A front observation window lets operators monitor the heading process without opening the enclosure. Die changes and stroke adjustments follow a straightforward procedure, keeping changeover time short and reducing the skill threshold for routine maintenance.

Machine weights range from 1,500 kg to 11,500 kg depending on model, providing the rigid foundation necessary for sustained high-speed operation. The enclosed steel housing dampens vibration and noise while protecting internal components, contributing to a low failure rate and long service life.
