Key Features
Unlike conventional slope-type riveting presses, this machine applies cold-rolling force principles that allow pre-bent and formed sheet metal parts to be riveted directly. Manufacturers no longer need to restructure their assembly sequence or invest in secondary fixturing to accommodate formed workpieces.
The Mitsubishi PLC and touchscreen deliver precise, repeatable stroke control, while Schneider electrical components and SMC pneumatics ensure long service life under continuous production loads. All three brands maintain global distribution networks, so replacement parts and technical support are readily accessible in 80+ countries.
A 3-second minimum riveting cycle and 20-ton maximum pressing force allow operators to maintain demanding production schedules. The PLC-controlled process eliminates variation between rivets, producing uniform joint strength across every workpiece in a batch.
The clear polycarbonate safety interlock lets operators visually confirm part positioning without bypassing the guard. A multi-color status light tower, emergency stop button, and interlocked guard work together to meet standard industrial safety requirements while keeping cycle interruptions to a minimum.
The C-shaped open frame provides 300mm depth and 430mm height for workpiece access, yet the overall machine occupies less than one square meter of floor space. At 1.5 tons, it can be positioned on standard factory floors and relocated with common material-handling equipment.
Technical Specifications
The riveting machine is a new type of riveting equipment developed based on the principle of cold rolling, which refers to mechanical equipment that can rivet objects together with rivets. It solves the problem that some sheet metal parts cannot be directly put on the ordinary slope type cast steel machinery for pressure riveting after bending.
