Aluminum Extrusion Press Machine

A Φ600mm main cylinder plunger generates 590 tons of direct extrusion pressure, backed by 645 tons of total press capacity. This force level handles a wide range of aluminum alloys — from 6063 architectural profiles to denser 6061 structural sections — without stalling or pressure drop during the stroke.

The adjustable extrusion speed range of 0.2–8.6 mm/s with constant-rate regulation ensures uniform metal flow through the die. Consistent speed prevents surface tearing on thin-wall hollows and delivers tight dimensional tolerances across the full billet length, reducing scrap and downstream straightening work.

Rapid approach at 295 mm/s, return at 208 mm/s, and container open/close speeds of 175/152 mm/s minimize non-productive time between strokes. Combined with a shear descent rate of 400 mm/s, the machine maintains short cycle intervals even during high-volume production shifts.

The heavy-duty press frame, safety railings, and elevated operator platforms are built for continuous industrial operation. The integrated hydraulic power unit with clearly routed high-pressure lines simplifies maintenance access, while the 103-ton cylinder lock force ensures rigid alignment under full load.

The press runs on standard 380V/50Hz three-phase power at 90KW and uses widely available N68 anti-wear hydraulic oil. Cooling water specifications — pH 6–8, ≤30°C, ≥10 m³/hour at 0.2–0.3 MPa — are achievable with conventional plant cooling systems, keeping installation costs predictable.
