The radial compressive stress generated during forming measurably increases fatigue life and torsional resistance — critical properties for fasteners used in structural, automotive, and mechanical assemblies.
With a rated output of 130 pieces per minute and an integrated vibratory bowl feeder, the machine sustains continuous screw production with minimal operator intervention. Blanks are automatically oriented, fed along the rail, and delivered to the die station, eliminating the bottleneck of manual loading and keeping cycle times consistent across shifts.
The control system offers manual, semi-automatic, and automatic modes selectable per cycle. Operators can run single pieces during setup and die alignment, switch to semi-auto for short batches, and engage full automatic mode for mass production — all from the dedicated control panel without mechanical changeover.
The 11 kW biaxial drive delivers balanced force to both rolling dies simultaneously, ensuring even material displacement and accurate thread geometry. The hydraulic execution system maintains precise die positioning under load, reducing die wear and extending mould service life across long production runs.
The electric and hydraulic control circuits incorporate safety interlocks that govern each working cycle regardless of the selected mode. Combined with the machine’s rigid cast-iron and steel construction, this ensures stable operation during sustained high-speed production while protecting operators and tooling from overload or misfeeds.
