Key Features
Four models spanning 160KN to 1000KN let you match press capacity precisely to your product range — from lightweight utensil blanking on the J23-16B to deep drawing stainless steel pot bodies on the JD21-100A — without overspending on unused capacity.
Stroke speeds range from 38 min⁻¹ on the 1000KN model to 125 min⁻¹ on the 160KN unit. Combined with slide block strokes of 70–140 mm, operators can optimize cycle time for each part geometry and material thickness.
Heavy-duty cast iron/steel frames and precision-machined slide block guides maintain tight ram-to-bolster parallelism throughout the press stroke. This translates directly to consistent wall thickness and dimensional accuracy on formed cookware parts.
Die set height adjustment of up to 100 mm, clearly dimensioned handle holes (Φ40–Φ60 mm), and wide column openings (220–630 mm) reduce tooling changeover time. The front-accessible control panel puts clutch, stroke, and safety functions within easy reach.
Motor power options from 1.5KW to 7.5KW are sized for sustained duty cycles. Enclosed crankshaft and clutch housings protect drivetrain components from debris common in metal stamping environments, extending service intervals.
