Hydraulic Deep Drawing Press
Four-column hydraulic deep drawing press for high-volume cookware and sheet metal production.
Industrial hydraulic press engineered for high-volume aluminum and stainless steel cookware manufacturing. Five models deliver 250-2000 KN forming force with integrated blank-holder systems that eliminate wrinkling and tearing defects. Designed for cookware factories requiring consistent wall thickness and surface finish on deep-drawn components.

Key Features
The hydraulic blank-holder system uses a separate pressure side cylinder — independent from the main forming cylinder — to apply controlled, adjustable clamping force on the sheet periphery. This prevents common deep drawing defects such as wrinkling, ear formation, and uneven wall thickness, which is critical when forming stainless steel cookware or aluminum kitchenware components that require consistent surface finish.
Each model provides two selectable forcing speeds (e.g., 10/22 mm/s on BYA-35, 10/29 mm/s on BYA-280), allowing operators to use a slower approach for initial material engagement and a faster speed through the main draw. Combined with empty-descent speeds up to 220 mm/s and return speeds up to 220 mm/s, this dual-range design reduces non-productive time without compromising forming accuracy.
Polished tie rods guide the moving platen with minimal deflection under full tonnage, maintaining parallelism between the punch and die throughout the stroke. This structural rigidity directly translates to tighter dimensional tolerances on finished parts — particularly important for cookware items that must nest or stack precisely.
A standard photoelectric protection device halts press motion when the light curtain is interrupted, meeting factory safety requirements without the obstruction of mechanical guards. The front-mounted control panel and open worktable design give operators clear sightlines and easy access for die changes, blank loading, and part inspection.
Five models span 250 KN to 2000 KN, with worktable sizes from 500×550 mm to 800×900 mm and motor power from 5.5 kW to 30 kW. This range lets manufacturers select the exact capacity needed — from small saucepan bodies on the BYA-35 to large stockpot shells or industrial components on the BYA-280 — without paying for unused tonnage.
Technical Specifications
The hydraulic deep drawing press, with four column structure, equipped with the hydraulic blank-holder system and output system, supporting photoelectric protection device, and also can be equipped with stepless voltage regulation system, it mainly used for the aluminum and stainless steel sheet deep drawing, flanging etc.
