Key Features

Work pressure, polishing duration, and material parameters can be configured separately for each of the six stations. This allows operators to program progressive rough-to-fine polishing sequences tailored to specific cookware shapes and surface finish requirements, ensuring consistent quality across every piece.

The 1,750mm rotary disc worktable holds five workpieces simultaneously, cycling them through dedicated polishing heads without manual repositioning. Combined with servo-driven indexing and five polishing motors (7.5kW and 4kW), the machine sustains continuous production with minimal idle time between cycles.

The built-in high-pressure spray gun system applies polishing wax at adjustable frequency and volume, eliminating inconsistent manual waxing. A 0.37kW polishing compensation motor automatically adjusts for wheel wear, maintaining contact pressure and finish uniformity throughout extended production runs.

The Mitsubishi PLC manages all sequencing, counting, and safety interlocks through a centralized operator panel. On-screen fault display identifies issues immediately, reducing troubleshooting time. Manual-to-automatic mode switching enables quick changeovers during setup or debugging without reprogramming.

Large-diameter ducting connects each polishing station to a dedicated dust collection room, capturing metal particulate at the source. The 15-ton steel and cast-iron construction absorbs vibration from five simultaneous polishing operations, maintaining positional accuracy and extending component service life.
