Key Features

The integrated Siemens 808 CNC system provides programmable control over spindle speed, radial and axial feed rates, and tailstock pressure. Operators store part programs for instant recall, eliminating manual adjustments between production runs and ensuring dimensional consistency across batches.

With 6+6 tool positions, the XY-800 performs spinning, trimming, flanging, crimping, reducing, finish turning, and thread rolling without moving the workpiece to another machine. This consolidation cuts cycle times and removes alignment errors introduced by re-clamping.

The machine delivers 37 kN on the X-axis and 56 kN on the Z-axis, backed by an 18.5 kW spindle motor. These force ratings allow reliable forming of stainless steel up to 2.5mm and ordinary steel up to 3mm — not just soft aluminum.

Switch between manual adjustment for tooling trials, semi-automatic for short runs, and fully automatic CNC operation for mass production. An optional flame heating system extends capability to materials that require hot spinning, such as thicker steel blanks.

The horizontal high-strength casting composite frame weighs 7,000 kg and measures 4060 × 2000 × 1600mm, providing the mass and rigidity needed to absorb forming forces without deflection. This structural stability translates directly into tighter tolerances and better surface finishes on finished parts.
