Key Features

A 10,000 KN clamping system paired with a 22 KW motor drives four trimming blades through rim material up to 6 mm thick. The fully hydraulic architecture eliminates mechanical linkage play, delivering uniform cutting pressure around the full circumference of each rim.

Adjustable tooling accommodates diameters from 22.5″ to 54″ and widths from 7.5″ to 20″, spanning light truck through heavy construction-vehicle rims. Changeover between sizes is managed through PLC parameter selection rather than lengthy mechanical adjustments.

Clamping force and trimming force are set independently via the PLC, giving process engineers precise control over each operation. Stored recipes allow quick switching between rim specifications, supporting mixed-model production schedules.

The C-frame structure provides open access for loading and unloading, while a handheld remote pendant allows the operator to control the cycle from the optimal vantage point. The separated control cabinet and hydraulic unit keep the workspace uncluttered and reduce ambient noise at the operator station.

Centralized lubrication services all critical wear points automatically, and the heavy-duty welded steel frame absorbs vibration over sustained multi-shift runs. With rated output of 500–1,000 pieces per shift, the machine integrates directly into high-volume tubeless wheel rim production lines.
