Key Features
The four-column frame with tie-rod guidance distributes 5000KN evenly across the workpiece, preventing uneven flaring that leads to out-of-round rims. This rigid structure holds concentricity tolerances consistently, reducing downstream rejection rates during roll forming.
With an 800mm slider stroke and 1400mm maximum die-set height, the machine covers rim diameters from 22.5″ to 54″ and widths from 7.5″ to 20″. Operators switch between passenger vehicle, truck, and heavy machinery rim programs by changing die sets — no structural adjustment required.
The three-stage slider speed profile — fast approach at 200mm/s, controlled working stroke at 5–20mm/s, and quick return at 100mm/s — minimizes non-productive time while preserving forming quality. The result is a proven output of 800–1,200 rims per shift.
The horizontal configuration positions the worktable at an ergonomic height for loading and unloading cylindrical preforms. A dedicated control console gives operators direct access to stroke, speed, and pressure parameters, allowing quick adjustments between production batches.
The 45kW hydraulic station is mounted separately from the press frame, reducing thermal transfer to the structure and isolating vibration. This layout extends cylinder seal life, simplifies oil cooling, and keeps maintenance work away from the production flow.
