The extrusion block and return spring clamping mechanism automatically conforms to cables ranging from 6 to 150mm² cross-section and 4 to 30mm catheter diameter. This self-regulating design eliminates manual adjustment between cable types — whether processing PVC-insulated wire, Teflon-coated conductors, or glass fiber sheathed cables.

A full-function computer touchscreen mounted on an articulated arm gives operators direct access to length programming, batch counters, and diagnostic functions. Job changeovers take seconds rather than minutes, reducing downtime between production runs.

The machine sits on a wheeled chassis with lockable casters, enabling quick repositioning across assembly areas. An integrated storage cabinet beneath the main frame keeps dies, spare parts, and tooling within arm’s reach without occupying additional floor space.

A transparent acrylic guard encloses the cutting and stripping zone, allowing operators to monitor the process in real time while staying protected from moving rollers and blades. The enclosed design also contains cable debris, keeping the workspace clean.
