Key Features
The main motor speed is regulated through a Mitsubishi-brand frequency inverter operating across a 0–50 Hz range, giving operators fine control over forming speed. This ensures uniform winding tension and consistent outer casing diameter throughout each production run, reducing scrap rates and rework.
The wire and inner hose feeding mechanism can be switched between Manual and Automatic modes. Automatic mode maintains continuous production for long runs, while Manual mode gives operators direct control during setup, material testing, or short-batch production of specialty cable casings.
An auto alarm system continuously monitors wire and inner hose feed status. If either material runs out or jams, the machine triggers an alarm and initiates an emergency stop, protecting the winding head from damage and preventing defective output from entering the production line.
A 120 kg capacity electric crane is built into the machine frame for loading and unloading wire bobbins. This eliminates the need for external lifting equipment, speeds up material changeovers, and reduces the physical strain and safety risks associated with manual bobbin handling.
The machine frame and winding housing are built from heavy-gauge steel with a powder-coated finish, designed to withstand continuous operation in demanding workshop environments. At 1300–1500 kg depending on model, the machine provides the mass and rigidity needed to maintain dimensional accuracy at full production speed.
