Posttension Pipe Flattening Machine

The machine uses multiple vertical forming rollers with visible screw-type adjustment mechanisms, allowing operators to dial in exact flattening dimensions for pipe heights between 19–40mm and widths from 40–120mm. This eliminates the need for separate die sets when switching between pipe sizes.

At 800×450×800mm and only 120kg, this unit fits into tight workshop layouts and can be transported to construction sites where on-location pipe processing is required. The enclosed steel base cabinet keeps internal components protected during transit.

An 8m/min working speed driven by a 1.5kW motor means continuous flattening output without high energy costs. The low power requirement also simplifies electrical setup — standard single-phase supply is sufficient for most installations.

Cantilevered infeed guide rollers grip and align corrugated pipes before they enter the forming section, preventing misalignment that could cause uneven flattening or pipe surface damage during processing.

The machine body is constructed from powder-coated steel, and the forming rollers are made from hardened steel designed to resist wear from continuous contact with galvanized corrugated pipe surfaces. This construction supports long service intervals between maintenance.
