Key Features

A single machine handles tube diameters from 25mm to 350mm, eliminating the need for multiple units on the production floor. This consolidation reduces capital expenditure, floor space requirements, and changeover time between product runs.

The machine performs spiral strip forming, argon arc welding (RL-300), and plasma cutting without manual intervention between stages. Operators load the coil, set parameters on the control panel, and the system delivers finished, cut-to-length welded tubes continuously.

Automated argon arc welding with an integrated wire feed mechanism ensures uniform seam penetration and bead appearance across every tube. Adjustable speed control lets operators fine-tune heat input for different strip thicknesses, preventing burn-through on thin material and incomplete fusion on heavier gauges.

The 1,000kg decoiler accommodates large coils for longer uninterrupted runs, while the 2,000mm unloading rack provides stable support for finished tubes. Together, these reduce downtime from coil changes and manual tube removal.

The painted steel frame is built for continuous industrial use. Modular sections — forming, welding, cutting, and material handling — allow targeted maintenance without shutting down the entire line, keeping uptime high.

We accept 30% down payment by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), with the balance due before shipment. Other payment arrangements can be discussed for long-term partners.
