Customer Background / Requirement
In June 2021, AC BAZAR planned to expand the scale of its air conditioner production project and needed a refrigerant charging machine quickly. Requirement confirmation was carried out with Jalal, who was responsible for the AC company side of the project.
BOBO Solution / Delivery Process
After reviewing the production requirement, BOBO recommended a double-guns refrigerant charging machine. The technical route was refined through roughly one month of discussion until both sides finalized the solution.
Result / Current Status
The original project notes describe the cooperation as a process of solving new problems step by step through active communication. Efficient coordination between both teams helped complete the project and created a solid basis for future cooperation.
