BOBO delivered a rapid die casting machine for Suprajit in India as part of a wire rope die casting project that began in late 2020. The work included technical communication, mold debugging, shipment, and after-sales support.
Customer Background / Requirement
Suprajit started the wire rope die casting machine project in December 2020. After several months of machine-related technical communication, both sides finalized the contract in March 2021. The customer was already familiar with BOBO through several years of cooperation on cable control machines.
BOBO Solution / Delivery Process
The machine was completed in June 2021. BOBO then spent about one month debugging the new mold to meet the customer's requirement and shared pictures and videos for confirmation before dispatch. After that, the machine was shipped to India by sea in October.
Result / Current Status
Once the machine arrived, BOBO continued with 24-hour after-sales support. The original case record states that the customer was satisfied with the machine, and that the new setup increased output while reducing manpower demand.
