The high speed steel wire cut to length is special designed for wire on tube condenser making, the cutting wire diameter is 1.1-1.5mm. With inverter control, the straightening wheel and cutting blade speed is adjustable.

Features

1. Feeding, cutting with motor driven, straightening with inverter control.
2. With touch-screen control, the cutting length, straightening drum rotating speed, feeding speed can be set and adjusted.
3. The straightening device equipped with auto-stop function when cover open. And alarm for no wire feeding
4. Servo motor and gear box driven system for high accurate feeding.
