The double station chipless tube straightening and cutting machine is driven by two servo motors separately, means the cutting length and cutting speed for two stations can be set separately. With PLC control and servo motor driven, the cutting speed and cutting tolerance is much more than single station machine. And the cutting method can be saw cutting or clean blade cutting.
Machine Features
1.Three-part clamping die to minimize tube distortion, get smooth cutting end surface.
2. High accuracy concentricity ensures to get good welding quality in following process.
3. Chipless cutting with 360° rotary cutting and stretching with two points clamping.
4. Straightening wheel Nylon and “U” shape rubber belt to avoid scratch on tube surface
