Return & Refund Policy

At BoBoMachine, we stand behind the quality of our industrial equipment and components. Due to the specialized nature of our products, please review our return guidelines carefully.

1. Standard Products Returns for standard, off-the-shelf items (e.gtube Straighteningand Cutting Machine,Copper & Aluminum Pipe Resistance Welding Machine) are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. A restocking fee of 30% will apply to all nondefective returns.

2. Custom & Made-to-Order Products (OEM/ODM)Due to the specific manufacturing requirements, returns are strictly not acceptedfor custom-engineered items, customized configurations, or ODM/OEM orders (e.g Customized multi-station models based on product requirements) unless the product is proven to be defective or deviates from the mutually approved technical drawings.

3. Return Process (RMA)Prior to returning any item, you must contact our support team at sotu@bobomachine.comto obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without a valid RMA number will be rejected and returned to the sender at their expense.

4. Defective or Damaged GoodsIf your product arrives damaged or is found defective upon initial operation, please contact us within 15days of receipt. You must provide photographic/video evidence and a detailed technical description of the issue. We will, at our discretion, repair the item, provide replacement parts, or issue a full replacement.

5. Return Shipping CostsThe customer is responsible for all return freight charges, customs duties, and insurance unless the return is due to an error on our part e.g incorrect item shipped, manufacturing defect.
