We supply industrial products to global distributors, wholesalers, and project sites. Our shipping operations are designed to handle heavy machinery and bulk components efficiently.

1、Order Processing & Lead Times

In-Stock Items: Processed and dispatched within 30 business days.

Custom / OEM / Bulk Orders: Manufacturing lead times vary based on production schedules and technical specifications. Typical lead times range from 4 to 12 weeks. Your dedicated account manager will provide a precise schedule upon order confirmation.

2、Shipping Methods & IncotermsWe offer global shipping via sea freight, air freight, or international couriers (DHL/FedEx) for smaller components. Standard international trade terms (Incoterms 2020) apply. Unless otherwise negotiated, our standard default terms are FOB China Port / EXW Factory.

3、Freight Charges & Import DutiesShipping costs are calculated based on the dimensional weight, destination, and selected freight method. For cross-border shipments, the buyer (importer of record) is strictly responsible for all local customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees required by the destination country.

4、Receiving and Inspection (Crucial)Due to the heavy and valuable nature of our equipment, you must thoroughly inspect all crates/pallets upon arrival before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL) or delivery receipt.Any visible damage to the packaging must be noted on the delivery document and reported to us within 48 hours. Failure to note damage upon delivery may void freight insurance claims.
