Key Features

Both the WF-200 and WF-250 achieve a wire flattening tolerance of ≤±0.01mm, ensuring the flat wire meets the tight dimensional requirements of downstream outer casing conduit forming machines. This consistency reduces rejection rates and improves finished conduit quality.

The pressing rollers are manufactured from carbide alloy, providing exceptional hardness and wear resistance. Unlike conventional tool-steel rollers, they operate without water cooling, simplifying the machine layout and eliminating coolant handling, filtration, and disposal costs.

A Mitsubishi-brand variable frequency drive regulates motor speed smoothly from 0 to 50Hz. Operators can match wire output speed to the capacity of upstream payoff or downstream winding equipment, enabling seamless integration into existing production lines.

A built-in sensor system detects wire feeding irregularities — including wire breakage and tangling — and triggers an audible alarm and automatic machine stop. This protects the rollers from damage and prevents defective output from entering the next process stage.

The integrated wire straightening unit removes coil memory and minor bends before the wire enters the pressing rollers. Straight, uniform wire input is essential for achieving the machine’s ≤±0.01mm flattening tolerance across the full production run.
