Spiral Duct Machine BTF-III

The BTF-III forms spiral ducts from ￠80 mm up to ￠1600 mm, handling galvanized steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. This range covers everything from compact residential HVAC branch ducts to large-diameter industrial ventilation mains, reducing the need for multiple machines on the shop floor.

With a maximum feeding speed of 60 m/min and an integrated decoiler for uninterrupted coil supply, the BTF-III sustains long production runs. PLC-controlled fixed-length cutting triggers automatically, so operators set the desired pipe length and the machine delivers repeatable, accurate output without manual measuring or stopping.

Forming molds are cast from aluminum rather than steel, significantly reducing die weight. Operators can change diameters faster and with less physical effort, shortening downtime between batch runs. NTBOBO maintains over 300 mold sets, supporting custom and standard diameter requests.

The slitting cutter system separates finished duct lengths without sparks, noise, or burr formation. This eliminates the need for post-cut deburring, improves workplace safety, and allows the machine to operate in environments where open sparks are restricted.

The BTF-III incorporates multiple safety protections — emergency stop, guarded forming zones, and controlled automatic turning — built to meet CE requirements. These measures protect operators during high-speed production while keeping cycle times unaffected.
