Key Features

Unlike conventional spiral duct machines built for thin-gauge sheet metal, this line processes steel coil from 1.5mm to 2.5mm thick. That capacity opens production to structural spiral pipes, industrial exhaust ducts, and other applications where standard HVAC-grade duct would fail under pressure or abrasion.

The built-in arc welding machine applies a continuous seam weld along the spiral joint as the duct forms. This eliminates the need for a separate welding station downstream, reduces floor space requirements, and ensures consistent weld quality at production speed.

The saw blade tracks the rotating pipe and cuts to length while the line keeps running. Programmable cut lengths from 70–250mm mean short pipe sections and couplings can be produced without manual measurement or line stoppage, improving throughput on repetitive orders.

Two pipe molds are included with the machine, and NTBOBO maintains a library of 300+ mold sets for custom diameter requirements. Changeover between included mold sizes is straightforward, minimizing downtime when switching between product runs.

The package ships as a complete production cell: uncoiler, forming machine, welding unit, cut-off system, two support frames, and pipe loading frame. Every station is engineered to work in sequence, so buyers avoid the integration risk of assembling components from multiple suppliers.

We accept 30% down payment by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), with the balance due before shipment. Other payment arrangements can be discussed for long-term partners.
