Each lid is formed from one piece of paper, eliminating the need for separate rim or top components. This reduces raw material waste and simplifies the supply chain — operators stock one paper grade instead of managing multiple blanks.
The rotary indexing turret cycles through feeding, forming, side folding, and lid ejection at 60–100 pieces per minute. Mitsubishi inverter-controlled drive allows operators to fine-tune speed to match paper weight and lid geometry without sacrificing forming quality.
The machine uses Schneider contactors (CE-rated), DELIXI pneumatic cylinders (CE/CCC), and HIWIN precision screw rods to maintain tight tolerances across extended production runs. These components are globally available, keeping spare-part lead times short for international operators.
An integrated HMI displays machine status, production count, and parameter settings on one screen. Operators adjust lid diameter, height, and forming speed without mechanical changeover — mold changes handle the physical tooling, while the control system stores recipes for repeat orders.
At 2600 × 1500 × 1800 mm and 2500 kg, the machine fits into existing packaging lines without structural reinforcement. Plexiglass safety guards and enclosed electrical cabinets protect operators from rotating tooling and high-voltage components while maintaining full visual access to the forming process.
