A Taiwan-sourced hydraulic motor paired with a 5-ton oil cylinder completes each forming cycle 15–20 seconds faster per station than conventional machines. Delta frequency transformers regulate motor speed for stable, repeatable output across extended production runs.
Photoelectric sensors from Shanghai Qide handle both normally open and normally closed detection, enabling accurate sheet alignment before each press cycle. Mechanical feeding replaces unreliable gravity-drop methods, cutting material waste to roughly 1/1000 and maintaining near-100% finished product yield.
The desktop architecture isolates all drive components beneath the work surface and keeps molds accessible on top. Operators can swap molds, clean forming surfaces, and perform routine maintenance without dismantling drive assemblies — reducing downtime between size changeovers.
