Key Features

The integrated hydraulic power unit delivers stable, repeatable force to the forming dies, ensuring each tube end meets the same dimensional profile whether you are running the first piece or the thousandth. This eliminates the variation common in pneumatic or manual forming of thin-wall capillary tubes.

A floor-mounted foot pedal triggers the full clamp-form-release cycle automatically. Operators use both hands to load, position, and remove the tube, which reduces cycle time and keeps fingers clear of the forming zone during the hydraulic stroke.

NTBOBO designs and manufactures forming dies in-house, supported by over 300 existing mould sets. Whether you need a flare, bead, reduction, bulge, or multi-step profile, tooling can be engineered to your drawing and delivered with the machine.

At 1.5 kW on a 220 V supply, the DB-10M draws less power than a typical shop compressor. Its 450 × 650 × 1300 mm frame fits into tight production cells and requires no dedicated power drop or reinforced flooring.

An emergency stop button on the control panel, perforated metal guarding over the upper mechanism, and a PLC-managed sequence prevent unintended operation. Hydraulic components and electrical controls are accessible from the exterior for straightforward troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
