The CZ-1800 achieves ±1% repeat injection accuracy with injection timing controllable to 0.01 seconds. This level of dosing consistency means every mold fill matches the last, which directly reduces foam waste, dimensional variation, and post-fill reject rates in serial production.
With a mixing ratio range of 1:5 to 5:1 and injection pressure adjustable from 10 to 20 MPa, the machine handles diverse rigid PU foam formulations. Operators can switch between product types — from high-density structural foam to standard insulation fill — through parameter changes on the control panel rather than mechanical retrofits.
Dual-zone heating (2 × 9 kW, switchable to 3 kW per zone) maintains material temperature within ±2°C. Consistent temperature keeps POLY viscosity (up to ~2500 mPa·s) and ISO viscosity (up to ~1000 mPa·s) within the metering pumps’ optimal range, preventing ratio drift during long production shifts.
The hydraulic circuit operates at 10–20 MPa system pressure with a 10 L/min flow rate, powered by matched Rexroth A2VK-225 axial piston pumps on both material lines. The 280-liter tank volume supports extended run times between refills, reducing downtime on high-output lines.
The CZ-1800 features a mobile base with casters for repositioning between mold stations, an integrated control cabinet for centralized parameter management, and a CZ0812-2K four-hydraulic-line mixing head for clean, drip-free injection. Compressed air requirements (0.7 MPa, 600 NL/min, dry and oil-free) are standard for most industrial facilities running 380V three-phase power.
