Key Features

The machine rolls and composites an aluminum sleeve onto a copper or steel base tube, extruding ribs in one continuous operation. This eliminates secondary forming steps and produces a mechanically bonded fin structure that maximizes thermal contact between the fin and base tube for efficient heat transfer.

With fin outer diameters from Φ18 to Φ70 mm, fin pitch adjustment from 0 to 8 mm, and tube lengths up to 15 meters, the E-50 covers specifications ranging from compact refrigeration coils to large industrial heat exchangers — all without retooling the machine frame.

A Φ45 mm blade shaft driven through an enclosed belt system delivers consistent rolling force across the full speed range. The adjustable output shaft speed (80 or 100 rpm) gives operators direct control over extrusion rate, critical when switching between softer aluminum tubes and harder steel substrates.

At 2,380 kg with overall dimensions of 2,550 × 1,000 × 1,700 mm, the machine is built to absorb continuous operational loads without frame deflection. An integrated DB-25 cooling pump (120W) maintains tooling temperature during extended runs, protecting cutter life and fin surface quality.
