The triangular roller, base tube feed, fin forming device, and fin winding head all operate under unified electronic control. This consistent synchronization across every section eliminates the timing drift that causes rejected tubes, directly reducing your scrap rate and material waste.
One machine handles round tubes from φ4.0mm up to φ50mm in stainless steel, carbon steel, seamed pipe, galvanized pipe, copper, or aluminum — with aluminum fin heights up to 15mm and copper fins up to 12mm. Switching between product specifications requires only a die change ($680 per set), not a second production line, saving floor space and capital.
A 3kW motor drives the system through a reduction box and infinitely variable transmission, controlled by a frequency converter. Operators can fine-tune winding speed up to 700 RPM and adjust the spindle motor’s relative speed during front-to-rear transplanting movement, reaching the optimal winding state without trial-and-error downtime.
Three transmission shafts drive the triangular rollers through the reduction box, distributing load evenly and reducing wear on individual components. The aluminum extrusion frame provides structural rigidity while keeping overall machine weight manageable for factory floor installation and repositioning.
The spindle cylinder clamps tubes automatically, and the transplanting mechanism coordinates front-to-rear movement with the spindle motor. The integrated control cabinet consolidates all operational parameters in one location. The machine ships complete — main unit plus control cabinet — with a 45-day lead time after deposit, ready to connect to your existing upstream and downstream material handling.
