An Omron encoder paired with Mitsubishi PLC ensures each cut meets a tolerance of ±0.2–±0.3mm. This level of accuracy reduces material waste and eliminates the need for secondary trimming before tube-end forming or brazing operations.

The KINCO HMI touchscreen provides a clear interface for setting cut length, batch count, and speed. Operators can switch between 80 RPM and 40 RPM to match material conditions, reducing training time and minimizing production errors on the shop floor.
The machine processes both copper and aluminum tubes up to Φ140×8.0mm with a minimum cut length of 100mm. This covers a broad range of tube sizes used in HVAC condenser and evaporator manufacturing, plumbing components, and refrigeration assemblies.
A powder-coated welded steel frame, integrated clamping jaws, and automatic feeding mechanism are designed for sustained daily operation. Safety features including an emergency stop and warning indicator lamp protect operators during high-volume runs.
