Low Power Consumption

Approximately 5.0KW total power consumption keeps operating costs low relative to output volume

Key Features

An inline laser OD measurement system continuously monitors the finished cable’s outer diameter and triggers an automatic alarm when values fall outside the target range. This eliminates reliance on periodic manual gauging and catches defects before they become costly scrap.

The wire rope de-coiling device incorporates tension adjustment and auto alarm functions, while a torque-controlled motor maintains constant pulling force throughout the entire spool. Together, these systems prevent strip misalignment, uneven armor wrapping, and wire breakage during high-speed operation.

The built-in rotary swaging unit compresses the wound stainless steel strip into a tight, uniform armor layer directly on the production line. An automatic oil lubrication system protects the swaging dies, reducing wear and extending intervals between tooling replacements.

At 7000 × 900 × 2100 mm, the machine consolidates de-coiling, winding, swaging, and conveying into one continuous line. This minimizes floor space requirements and eliminates the need for separate transfer equipment between stations.

The entire line operates on approximately 5.0 KW while delivering speeds above 110 m/hour. Optional pneumatic or liquid cleaning systems keep the production path clear, reducing manual intervention and supporting uninterrupted multi-shift operation.
